The artwork next to the beach at the south end of the East Sands.
There's a poem carved into the concrete walls, as can be seen below.

“ to pry apart a sunbeam and find yellow like imperfect gilding, violet and purplish black lacquer of a lobster claw, bottle-green depths
and dandelion interiors, the frilly white of shoreline and seashell, and all light's silverwork laid bare in a solution of common salt on the
common sand ”
