The Waverley approaches Troon harbour from the north.

This was the first visit of the Waverley to Troon for 25 years. It was on the morning of August 7th, 2023.

Coming in closer and slowing down towards her berth to the left.

The town of Irvine is in the left distance with Western Gailes Golf Club to the right.

The Pilot boat lines up ready to assist if need be. We're not sure if a pilot actually boarded the Waverley, but it seems likely.
