The Oystercatcher - pub, restaurant and oyster bar - serves excellent food along with rather good drink and superb views.
Taken from 160 feet up over by the pier which was provided by the local community to enable the many yachts and pleasure craft to stop off for food and drink.
There are many excellent holiday homes to rent in this area - as well as bed and breakfasts and caravan sites - for those who like peaceful and relaxing holidays among superb scenery and with wildlife galore.

Finally, looking north with the main road - the B8000 - turning to run off the top edge of this photo and up the coast towards Castle Lachlan and Strachur.
