Beach Volleyball, Troon
A few photos of the beach volleyball event run on Troon beach every year by the Scottish Volleyball Association.
They had ten courts, on the south beach just at the back of the Walker Hall.
In the distance in some of these photos you can easily see the whole town centre and Barassie Beach.
In the distance in this last photo you're looking across to the Hunterston peninsula, Lesser Cumbrae and Bute.
The full-sized images available to clients are about 70 times the size of the images shown here
and as you would expect they show a great deal more detail than the .jpg website versions.
Standard images are 5,000 pixels wide and ~50Mb in size. Panoramas are much bigger.
