Toward Point on the Cowal Peninsula


This is in Argyll & Bute a few miles south of Dunoon on the north coast of the Clyde.

The lighthouse and all the other buildings in the area are now used as homes, some being available for holiday lets.






The people in the photos are a family who were living nearby.



Note the old foghorn on the roof. There are some interesting brown circles on the rocks in front of the building. Any information gratefully received.




The full-sized images available to clients are about 70 times the size of the images shown here
and as you would expect they show a great deal more detail than the .jpg website versions.
Standard images are 5,000 pixels wide and ~50Mb in size.    Panoramas are much bigger.
