Toward on the Cowal Peninsula
Argyll & Bute, a few miles south of Dunoon on the north coast of the Clyde. This is the entrance
lodge gate to Castle Toward, now an outdoor centre. (Toward Castle is in ruins nearby, hidden among
the trees.)
