Stranraer, Dumfries & Galloway (once was Wigtownshire)
This is Agnew Park on the seafront at Stranraer. Well, OK, the lochside. A boating pond, desert island, café and miniature railway all in one place makes a really popular spot for the locals and tourists alike. And it's right next to a really clean and well-cared-for sandy beach.
To find this place go to the old ferry terminal and swim 50 yards west. That'll do it. The full-sized images available to clients are about 70 times the size of the images shown here and as you would expect they show a great deal more detail than the .jpg website versions. Standard images are 5,000 pixels wide and ~50Mb in size. Panoramas are much bigger. Click this line to view the Image Quality Sample page.
