Prestwick Seafront
A selection of images not connected other than by proximity The KidzPlay amusement centre on the seafront at Prestwick, South Ayrshire. 
A detail of the entrance in case you wondered what facilities they offer. 
The seafront café (Café Mancini) with a detail in the corner to save page space. Even on a chilly day they get customers sitting outside. It's a very popular spot on warm days. 
The play area in the old swimming pool, looking a bit woeful these days. The seals in the corners are not real. (Someone was bound to ask.) 
The colours are good in this shot, best seen from above. 
The whole area looking south. From beside the Malcolm Sargent House past Mancini's Café and the Parkstone Hotel, RAFA club and the Queen's Nursing Home all the way to Prestwick Sailing Club and St Nicholas Golf Club with Ayr in the distance. You can see from the clouds what a dreadful day it was for taking photographs. |
