This was taken from over the beach, showing almost all of this links course in north Ayrshire.
The course is in Seamill and the town of West Kilbride proper is on and over the hill at the back
right of the photo. To the north (left in this image) you can see the hills of the Hunterston
peninsula and further off the tops of the Argyll hills, north of the Clyde valley.
