Wildings Hotel, Maidens, South Ayrshire
Wildings Hotel, looking to the south-west. In this shot you can see not only the hotel which nestles beside the harbour in Maidens but also the lighthouse and golf courses at Turnberry and Ailsa Craig in the distance. In the top left is another hotel, the Malin Court. (In passing, Wildings is definitely spelt without an apostrophe. Honest!) 
A wider view which includes the bowling club and a rather spectacular looking new house being built on the edge of the water on the far right. We'll get some better shots when it's completed. |
