Irvine Police Station

Not the most exciting photo.

It was there and the camera is so well set up that it nearly took its own photo.

This view shows the close proximity between the police station and the statue of Burns on the banks of the River Irvine.

The stretch of ground to the right of this photo, along the wall where the back gardens of the houses now are, was the location of the town's gallows. What goes around comes around?
