The Clyde Marina - Ardrossan Quayside
Ardrossan, North Ayrshire
The new building next to the marina, this one to be offices and maybe a restaurant.
It's officially called Ardrossan Quayside and is about to be occupied (in May 2017) by various companies.
A second building is planned on the far side of this one, as seen from this direction.
These were taken in low afternoon winter sunlight in late January, 2017.
From a little further back.
And showing the building next to the station and ferry terminal.
The view is along the line of the platform for Ardrossan Harbour station.
From over the far side of the marina basin.
On the left are the marina office (blue roof) and Cecchini's restaurant in the brick building (a converted power house) with the glassed dining area and outdoor tables with excellent views of the marina.
Closer in and from over the far side of the marina basin.
These views from earlier years are of the main buildings of the marina including Cecchini's Italian restaurant and showing just a glimpse of the outdoor eating area to the left of the entrance with excellent views of the marina.
Looking towards the west from the far side of the flats in Mariner's View.
The view from the far side of the control tower.
The art work near the control tower.
The people on the approach path give you some idea of scale.
